If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, then you may return the whole or partial order at any time up to 30 days after you received your item(s). The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them in order to be eligible for return.
To request a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return label via email for the items you would like to mail back to us.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.
Refunds for returns will be processed upon delivery of your order to the original payment method within 48-72 hours. It may take your bank a few additional business days to post the refund to your account.
If you received a damaged/defective item, please reach out to email@example.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a picture of the damage and we will be happy to replace your items at no cost to you.
If you received the wrong sized item or changed your mind about your order, please contact us to request a return shipping label at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may then place a separate order for the correct size or item you would like instead, if you so desire.
For customized jewelry, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will send you a replacement free of charge. Since your item was custom-made, you will not be required to return your item.
Cancellations or Changes to Your Order:
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will try our best to intercept the order before it goes into production. If the order is already in production, unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel or change your order.
