Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, then you may return the whole or partial order at any time up to 30 days after you received your item(s). The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them in order to be eligible for return.

To request a return, please email us at info@kittie-treats.com and we will send you a return label via email for the items you would like to mail back to us, at no extra cost to you.

Refunds for returns will be processed upon delivery of your order to the original payment method within 48-72 hours. It may take your bank a few additional business days to post the refund to your account. 

If you received a damaged/defective item, please reach out to info@kittie-treats.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a picture of the damage and we will be happy to replace your items at no cost to you. 

If you received the wrong item or changed your mind about your order, please contact us to request a return shipping label at info@kittie-treats.com. You may then place a separate order for the correct item instead, if you so desire.
