About the Designer, Melissa

Hi, I'm Melissa! I started the Kittie Treats Shop by combining my love for cats and kawaii things in order to create my collections of adorable cat-themed gifts. 

Believe it or not, I actually have a master's degree in Physical Therapy! However, I grew up adoring art and creating things with my hands. While these two things may seem completely unrelated, I've been able to apply the solid work ethic that I learned from working in the clinic to my small business.

Instead of living a 9-5 corporate job, I followed my dreams to do what I love at the Kittie Treats Shop, among other creative pursuits! For instance, I love learning new ways to express my creative side, so I'm currently trying out clay sculpting! All in all, I'm a creator at my core and cannot imagine a life without it!
